MD Physician Services received a score of 770 on a 1000 point scale for overall customer satisfaction in the 2011 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction StudySM* by J.D. Power and Associates. Just seven points below the highest ranked institution in Canada, and well above the industry average score of 733.

For the second consecutive year, MD also received five out of five Power Circle Ratings, which equates to ‘among the best’ in the overall satisfaction rating for this study on JDPower.com. Power Circle factors include overall satisfaction, account offerings, commissions and fees, website, investment advisor, account information and investment performance.
Now in its sixth year, the J.D. Power and Associates study surveys investors and statistically analyzes responses to obtain industry customer satisfaction rankings that gauge company performance relative to the competition.

*The 2011 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study is based on responses from more than 5,600 investors who use advice-based investment services with financial institutions in Canada. The study was fielded in May and June 2011. Because MD is available exclusively to Canadian Medical Association members it was not included in the official rankings.
